On Nansidwell Beach looking south to Rosemullion Head

Start your walk at Rosemullion Head or link with the previous walk to make a half-day excursion... The track runs north-westerly above Nansidwell Cove, alternating between fields and narrower wooded paths. Keep right to cross a stile and a small stream as you drop almost to sea level. Look ahead to see the waymarker arrow. Above you there is a shelter overlooking the cove. We stopped here for lunch for 20 minutes. Proceed up the path and through the gate passing the exit NT omega of Nansidwell.

Looking back to Rosemullion Head

Negotiate steps topped by a stile and then through a field as you climb away from the beach. Drop down once more, following the sometimes muddy path to cross a small stream near Bream Cove grid reference SW791287. Shortly you begin climbing again passing houses to your left and the rocks known as 'The Hutches' on your right. Continue climbing along High Cliff, now some 45 minutes into your walk. Soon the wide inlet and beach of Maenporth opens out below left, it is simply a case of wending your way down to the beach to end this short section
