St Erth village, Cornwall

St Erth village lies about two miles south of the town of Hayle in West Cornwall. The picturesque village is ideally placed for residents and visitors alike due to its proximity to Hayle, Penzance and Camborne. The church is dedicated to Saint Ercus, a bishop from Ireland.

Known in Cornish as Lannudhno, the village offers excellent walks along the valley of the River Hayle, with the usual leisure activities at the beaches of Hayle Towans, Lelant, Carbis Bay and St Ives.
