St Endellion village, Cornwall
St Endellion is a village in North Cornwall about four miles north of Wadebridge, inland of Port Isaac. The village and civil parish is named after the fifth century Saint Endelienta (Cornish: Sen Endelyn), one of the many daughters of King Brychan. She is said to have brought Christianity to the district. Two wells near the village are named after her.
On 25th August 2010 the Prime Minister, David Cameron, and his wife named their new born baby girl after the area whilst they were holidaying nearby. She is to be called Florence Rose Endellion Cameron.
