Sancreed village, Cornwall

The village of Sancreed lies in the parish of the same name and is situated roughly midway between Penzance and St Just. Located in the centre of the Lands End peninsula, it provides an excellent base from which to explore the whole of Penwith.

The parish is named after the holy place upon which the church now stands, (Cornish: Eglossancrekres).

Around about a mile to the east of the village lies Drift Reservoir an excellent place to unwind or follow leisure pursuits, such as birdwatching.
