Porth village, Cornwall
Porth is more properly known as St. Columb Porth and at one time was a small hamlet just to the east of Newquay on the North Coast of Cornwall.
Porth lies just to the east of Lusty Glaze Beach and its beach is also sheltered by Trevelgue Head. The village has now been swallowed up by the eastward expansion of the town of Newquay and is now classed as a suburb of Newquay by the vast majority of visitors.
