Michaelstow village, Cornwall
The small moorland village of Michaelstow, (Cornish: Lannvighal), lies three and a half miles southwest of Camelford and about nine miles north of Bodmin in North Cornwall.
The parish is bounded on the north by Lanteglos-by-Camelford, on the east by St Breward, on the south by St Tudy, and on the west by St Tudy and St Teath. It takes its name from 'St Michael's holy place', with the River Camel running along its eastern boundary.
