A small moorland hamlet lying beside Caradon Hill on Bodmin Moor. The hamlet grew up in the mid nineteenth to service the copper mining boom at South Caradon Mine. The fine 17th Century Crows Nest Inn is well worth a visit and is popular with locals and visitors alike.
