Beachcroft Coastal Retreat started life back in the 1930's as a Gentleman's residence and just recently both the building and its grounds have undergone a complete renovation.
Many original Cornish features have been retained, and combined with Colonial style furnishings, the building now provides luxurious accommodation with 21st century technology. All this encompassed within an informal and friendly atmosphere!
It truly is a retreat where one can escape, relax, unwind or basically just “chill out”! You are encouraged to “make yourself at home” whether it be curled up in front of the log fire in the lounge or taking in the sea views from your bedroom or hanging out in the hammock on the patio or sipping cocktails on the decking!

Blue Hayes Hotel
A favourite of the Sunday supplements, this luxurious hotel has a flavour of the Côte d'Azur, thanks to its manicured grounds, balustraded breakfast terrace and five pampertastic rooms (all designated as suites). Blue Mist is a modern and contemporary guest house situated just 6 meters from the sea, enjoying stunning views from our lounge/dining area and all bedrooms. We also offer a 3 bed apartment ( twin bed en-suite and 2 double rooms ) situated at 3rd floor level and enjoying fabulous harbour and coastal views.
We are ideally located for access to the town centre (100m), Porthminster beach (250m) Train Station (200m) & Bus Station (150m). Blue Mist is accessed from the Warren via a short flight of steps and bedrooms are located at first floor level. If staircase access is an issue then please contact us for clarification. We offer a strictly smoke free environment and do not allow smoking anywhere on our premises.
