Opening of a Cafe for the Community in Veryan Village
Veryan Community Cafe , Parish Hall, Veryan - Roseland Surgery Patients Group.
Deanne & Bob Field are opening the Veryan Community Cafe, in the Parish Hall , Veryan, on 13th September from 9 -12.30 every fortnight thereafter.
It has been under written by the RSPG - Roseland Surgeries Patient Group, who run the original Cafe in the Memorial Hall , once a fortnight on a Wednesday afternoon. Their last Cafe was 6th september - hence the Cafes will not take place on the same days.
The purpose of a Community Cafe is to provide an opportunity for villagers and visitors to meet other people of any age, in a very casual setting and socialise over a cup of tea or coffee provided by the generosity and support from the RSPG. Obviously all donations will be welcomed in order to keep the Cafe going.
Futuristically we are hoping to ascertain what people want the Cafe to include, which will make their visit more fulfilling. Suggestions Please. Volunteers Needed. Tel: Dee on 01872 501974.
