Gwyndra is a spacious family home built in the early 1930 s formally used as a Residential Rest Home in the heart of St Austell. Set in a large secluded garden only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and so is most convenient for visitors using public transport. br / br / br / br / St Austell is the main market town for the Cornish Riviera and there is easy access to the Eden Project Charlestown Fowey Mevagissey and the many local attractions such as Heligan Gardens. There is a regular bus service direct to Heligan and the Eden Project available from the rail station. The accommodation at Gwyndra is very spacious and all rooms are well equipped. Gwyndra has ample car parking on site and is on the Cornish Way - part of the national cycle network.

Langdale House is a superbly presented detached property of character built in 1935 with many of the original features such as the mosaic tiled floor in the entrance vestibule and stain glass windows throughout. It is south facing with countryside views towards the Pentewan Valley with a nice garden that is available to guests for their relaxation and enjoyment. Langdale House has in the last few months been converted from a family home to a lovely guesthouse and opened in February 2012. The proprietor Chris Witt has spent most of his career in international business development travelling to many parts of the world and staying in everything from 3 Star family hotels in the UK to 4 5 & 6 Star properties in Europe the Middle East and Asia and so he has some idea of what can be offered in terms of welcome comfort and style. Ameena has more than 20 years in the hospitality business running pubs restaurants and a B&B. Ameena is currently the tenant at the White Hart Hotel in St Austell which is a short walk away from Langdale House and offers a range of meals and real ales wines & spirits from St Austell Brewery. Langdale House is an excellent location from which to visit the Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the coastal villages and towns such as Charlestown Mevagissey and Fowey. All the rooms are ensuite and as we are selling Bed & Breakfast we have invested in Comfort 1000 Beds and you can be assured of a full traditional Cornish breakfast to set you up for the day or you can have something lighter if you prefer!

Providence Farm has a very pleasant country feel to the property with it being set in a picturesque wooded valley and yet is only two miles from St. Austell town centre with it being situated on the B3274 making it easy to find with no narrow country lanes to negotiate! br / br / br / br / Providence Farm is actually a small holding not a working farm although we do have four horses and some free range chickens which our guests are most welcome to meet.Being centrally located with easy links to the major road networks this means we are ideally situated to visit the local attractions of The Eden Project (3 miles) Charlestown (5 miles) Mevagissey (9 miles) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan (11 miles) additionally we are only 500M from Wheal Martyn Country Park where there are cycle trails to St. Austell and The Eden Project. (We have some cycles available for guests to hire if they wish) br / br / br / br / The whole house is full of character. Guests are welcome to enjoy any of the numerous seating areas around the property and if they are feeling energetic can walk to the top of an adjacent landscaped clay borough known locally as Sky Trail where there are rabbits foxes buzzards and occasional deer as well as fabulous views. A good bus route close by to the guest house which can take you directly to either Eden Project Lost gardens of Heligan Charlestown Fowey etc. We are only a 1 mile from a beach!

Architecturally designed house that looks like a bungalow from the front but when you come in you will find it extremely spacious. The house is situated on two levels come inside and you will find a large spacious hallway come down three steps and you will find the breakfast room. We have one double en-suite on the first floor. Next wind your way down a spiral staircase and you will find an area where you can relax and have a drink. Then you have a choice of two decks a large deck to your left where you can BBQ and relax in the sunshine until the sun goes down you then have a choice of lighting the outside fire and continue to enjoy your evening or as an alternative if the sun is still shining you could move to the smaller deck located on the opposite side of the lower level where you can enjoy the sunshine in the late evening. Back inside a large inviting lounge awaits you with a 55 HDTV offering Sky. If it is a chilly evening we offer a wood burner that can be lit. Don t want to watch TV then you can always take advantage of our sauna for a nominal extra fee. When it is time for bed there are two double rooms available on the lower level. All rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities TV with freeview and DVD players. Two bedrooms on the lower floor one is en-suite the other room offers a king size bed a private large shower room which is four steps from your room and this room has patio doors leading onto the deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or if you smoke this is an ideal room for you! WE regret to advise we CANNOT accept Children staying at Topos

The many villages around us host a number of excellent eating establishments and pubs. br / br / We would love our guests to enjoy the outside space and meet our animals Ruby and Bella the friendly springersLily the loveable cat the free range chickens which provide our eggs and our horses Fred Ted And Red our pony. br / br / br / br / For those who enjoy water sports and sailing why not visit St Mawes Falmouth Porthpean for golfers we are near to St Austell Golf club Carlyon Bay and Porthpean or why not enjoy a day shopping and dining in Truro easily accessible by car or by bus from the village. The main A30 for the rest of the county is easy to reach from Truro or Bodmin and for the walkers amongst you there are numerous walking and cycle tracks within easy reach. When back at Trenoweth why not enjoy a well earned cuppa or better still a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the terrace. br / br / br / br / 2 of our rooms have ensuite shower rooms the twin bedded room has a private bathroom opposite with over bath shower. TV hairdryer iron tea and coffee making facillities in all rooms. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. We are a smoke free establishment WiFi is available. All food except our eggs is locally bought from our local farm shop at the nearby Lost Gardens of Heligan well worth a visit. br / br / br / br / Trenoweth is easily found just off the A390 to the village of Sticker or by train to St Austell Station pick up can be arranged if needed.
