The town is a 5 to 10 minute walk down the hill where you will find food lovers paradise restaurants include Paul Ainsworths No 6 (1 Michelin star) Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and many more. Padstow offers a good selection of shops cafes bars and pubs many of them nesting around the picturesque harbour. br / br / br / br / The Camel Trail starts and finishes at Padstow it offers 18 miles of walking/cycling along a disused railway track which includes hugging the banks of the Camel Estuary and going though the beautiful Camel Valley. The trail is a SSSI (site of special scientitic interest) and SAC (special area of conservation) wildlife abounds on this trail. Bikes can be hired at various points along the trail. br / br / Within easy walking distance from the house are the sandy beaches of St Georges Well Tregirls and Hawkers Cove. A short drive will take you to The Seven Bays a collection of wonderful individual sandy beaches. br / br / br / br / We are ideally located for the Southwest Coastal Path which can be accessed within a 10 minute walk from us. Take the foot ferry across to the well known village of Rock (playground of the rich & famous and sometimes royalty) and walk along the dunes to St Enodoc Church where Sir John Betjeman is buried and back across the beach to Rock see Padstow from across the water. br / br / br / br / We are in easy reach of The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan St Micheals Mount and The Tate at St Ives. br / br / We offer a beautifully appointed suite which includes private lounge bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with spa bath. We are very proud of our cask conditioned ales and home cooked food. As a flagship site of the St Austell Brewery tenanted estate we strive for consistency with our quality of beers. We also use award winning locally sourced meats and other ingredients to create our own style of home cooked favourites dishes. "Location, location, location" - We have it all. Tucked down a quiet country lane, we offer peace and tranquillity in a beautiful setting, yet in close proximity to the many delights Cornwall has to offer. Padstow is only 4 miles by car, a glorious 40 minute walk by foot. The north coasts' famous sandy beaches are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away and the world renowned Eden Project is just 17 miles.

What we offer is a stay in a family home, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We have two double and one twin rooms, all with en suite bathrooms with bath and shower over and colour televisions. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each bedroom and the house is centrally heated. There is a separate lounge for guests with colour television and video/DVD. We normally (except in the case of late arrivals) offer our guests tea and coffee on arrival in our guest lounge, and usually home made cake, made with our own eggs (subject to laying!). We are happy to provide a full English breakfast or any variation, served around our large farmhouse table.

The hotel is beautifully situated in almost two acres of grounds overlooking miles of glorious coastline with Trevose Head to the left and the famous Round Hole of Trevone to the right. The Well Parc although not crowded by any near neighbours is less than five minutes walk from the beaches and coastal path. The village is often overlooked by the summer tourist rush who miss the beautiful unspoilt beaches. Trevone hosts two beautiful beaches - one sandy with full lifeguard coverage during the summer months which is perfect for surfing sand castles and lazy sunny picnics. The other beach is aptly named Rocky Beach and is a haven of rockpools teaming with interesting discoveries it also has a natural swimming pool within the rocks of the beach. Well Parc offers 10 letting bedrooms able to accommodate up to 26 visitors. We have a variety of rooms available ranging from Family Suites to Single. The majority of our rooms have en suite facilties and all with televisions coffee and tea making facilities. Six have sea views whilst the others overlook nearby fields. Of the 10 bedrooms there are two large family rooms 2 triple rooms 1 single and 5 doubles. Ray Sally & Lee move from Oxford in 1980 with Eric (Sallys dad) and Etters the 18 year old Siamese. They began at Well Parc in Partnership with Harry and Joan and their son Greg. In 1982 Harry and Joan moved on. In 1984 Eric married Maggie and also Jodie (Ray and Sally s second daughter) was born. In 1991 a bunglow was built in our field for Eric and Maggie (which is now a holiday home) and in 1996 Eric sadly died.
