Cornwall s magic always works at Artist s House it s tranquil setting over looking Fowey Harbour.Owned and run by textile artists Vivien Prideaux who looks forward to welcoming you to her comfortable eco friendly home and helping to make your stay in an AONB a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Five minutes walk from town centre on site parking. br / br / br / br / The Harbour room looks down over the port of Fowey and across to Polruan and has a bath and shower. The Garden Room looks over the garden filled with camellias shrubs flowers and sub tropical plants and has a shower.Both room have been refurbished January 2016. br / br / br / br / Breakfast is served at a time to suit you. We are passionate about the quality of our food and have Visit Britain Breakfast award & marmalade award. We give you the option to treat yourself to the natural rich flavours of a locally sourced full Cornish breakfast or select a lighter option smoked haddock and poached egg scrambled eggs and smoked salmon omelette or pancakes. Also fresh fruit salad daily home baked bread home made marmalade and jams free range eggs from our own resident hens Faith Hope and Charity & others. We are happy to cater for any special dietsplease advise when booking. Three course dinners with wine and picnic lunches are available by prior arrangement.Weather permitting breakfast can be served in the garden. Coombe Farm is still a working farm with a charming farmhouse set in a secluded valley running down to the sea at Coombe Haven. There are sea views from the bedrooms and it is only a 2 minute walk to Coombe beach. The picturesque town of Fowey is a leisurely 20 minute stroll away. Its idyllic location offers you a choice of activities from secluded beaches, fishing and sailing (from the ancient port of Fowey) to the beautiful tree lined or coastal walks made famous by Daphne Du Maurier. Coombe Farm is a perfect holiday choice, it is centrally situated to tour any part of Cornwall within the day, or relax with a visit to the famous Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House and Gardens, all within a 15-20 minute drive.
Coriander Cottages offers quality en-suite B&B and luxury self catering accommodation for environmentally-aware tourists. Tiny riverside villages with fishermen's pubs, beautiful ancient churches and sandbanks of estuary birds are all within walking distance or short walk and foot ferry ride away. River cruises, sea safaries to spot dolphins and basking sarks and wildlife explorations can all be arranged locally.
Foye Old Exchange
Traditional Bed and Breakfast is offered in the Old Telephone Exchange in the centre of the ancient Port & Town of Fowey. Accommodation consists of three double ensuite rooms. The largest room boasts a four poster bed. The famous Cornish breakfast will set you up for the day! So whether you are visiting the Eden Project, (just 5 miles away); The Lost gardens of Heligan, Charlestown or Lanhydrock to name but a few, or just exploring historic Fowey enjoying its harbour river, quayside, castle and beaches. The Old Exchange is the ideal base.
The Dwelling House
The Dwelling House is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian merchant's house located in the heart of the historic Cornish port of Fowey. Visitors to the Bed & Breakfast can relax in the period atmosphere, whilst enjoying warm hospitality and delicious home-cooked breakfasts prepared on the Rayburn.
