Penrowan B&B, Rosecare
Penrowan is a beautiful old Cornish farmhouse, parts of which date back more than two hundred years. The bed and breakfast accommodation occupies a later wing which has recently been renovated and now provides a private staircase for guests leading to the two en-suite rooms, both of which have spectacular countryside and sea views.
As well as a room key, guests have their own front door key and are free to come and go as they please. When you arrive and as you make yourself at home, we’ll bake fresh scones for you to enjoy with a pot of tea or a proper cup of coffee. We also provide delicious evening meals using home grown or local produce. (At least twenty four hours notice required please).
Penrowan B and B offers two bedrooms both of which are en-suite. The larger of the two has a fabulous six foot super-king but can also be made up as a twin. From this room you can enjoy the incredible view in the picture below out over St Gennys to the sea without even having to get up. The well appointed en-suite has a power shower and also has views to the sea.
The second bedroom is a king size double, again with a lovely view over the fields to the Atlantic beyond. (Though you will have to get out of bed to enjoy it!) This room also has a luxuriously equipped en-suite with power shower and floor tile heating. Both rooms have large wardrobes with plenty of space for your belongings.
Whether it’s for a short stay or a longer break, Penrowan in Rosecare is an idyllic place to spend some time, something our cottage guests have been discovering for several years.
